w.AI.ghtroom, LLC ("we", "us", or "our") operates the w.AI.ghtroom iOS application ("the App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
Account information: When you create an account we collect your username and email address.
Profile and health data: To generate personalised workout and meal plans you may voluntarily provide age, sex, weight, height, fitness experience, training goals, dietary preferences, injuries, and equipment. This data is stored on our servers and used solely to power the App's AI features.
Usage data: We log workout sessions, meal logs, and AI interactions to improve your personalisation. We do not sell this data to third parties.
Location: The On the Road feature requests your device location to find nearby restaurants. Location data is used only during that request and is not stored persistently.
Microphone / Speech: If you use voice meal logging, audio is processed locally via Apple's SFSpeechRecognizer. Transcribed text is sent to our server. We do not store raw audio.
We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell your personal information to any third party.
If you use the BYOK feature, your AI provider API key is stored encrypted in our database and transmitted only to your chosen AI provider. We do not use your key for any purpose other than fulfilling your in-app requests.

If you join a Family Group, your username and activity summaries (workout completions, streak counts) are visible to other members of that group. Meal plan details are only shared if you explicitly enable Meal Visibility.
You may delete your account at any time from the Profile tab. Upon deletion, your personal data and AI-generated content are permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.
We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS, encrypted credential storage, and database access controls. No system is perfectly secure; we encourage you to use a strong, unique password.
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us immediately.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the App or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
