Welcome to w.AI.ghtroom ("the App"), developed and operated by w.AI.ghtroom, LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
w.AI.ghtroom is a fitness and nutrition application designed for personal, non-commercial use. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By using the App you confirm you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
The App offers auto-renewing subscriptions managed through Apple's App Store. All billing, cancellation, and refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies.
Free trials (3 or 7 days depending on plan) are available for new subscribers. Your subscription will auto-renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings.
The App uses artificial intelligence to generate workout plans, meal suggestions, and nutritional estimates. These outputs are for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical, dietary, or fitness advice.
Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise or diet program, particularly if you have a medical condition or injury.
Pro tier users may provide their own AI provider API key. You are solely responsible for compliance with your AI provider's terms of service and for any costs incurred through use of that key within the App.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, w.AI.ghtroom, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
